Hi

does anyone know how to replace a snapped wheel stud thread on a Ford Mondeo MK3?

I've been told it's quite easy and cheap if you know how but i haven't a clue!!

Any luck with your stud yet???? It may be worth checking out a website called QuickHubs http://www.quickhubs.com They do specialise in wheel trims but theyve got loads of other advice and info about wheels

no luck yet but have been told i need to remove the drum so i'm getting someone to have a look at the weekend.

all you need is a hammer and a punch .knock out snapped stud towards the half shaft .insert new stud from behind and draw in new stud with a wheel nut until the splines are fully located
