 Post subject: Ford Mondeo MK3 loses power any ideas?

My Ford Mondeo MK3 tends to start "Jumping" when going through the gears and when accelerating. I've tried reading up on possible probelms and have replaced the spark plugs and leads and also the distrubution pack which has made a bit of difference but not a lot.

Any ideas??
