there is a fix for the back window of the mk4 hatch mine goes in to be fixed next week and about time to as im fed up of mooping the boot out...

Bought a '57 plate Mondeo last month and am having the same prblem, but dealership say it's a design fault with no fix so can't do anything, and Ford Customer Relationship (or lack of) say they won't do anything as car wasn't bought new and it was sold as seen!!!! Can you tell me what the fix is so I can let the dealership know pls???
