I have a Sierra 2Ltr Twincam Carburetor not EFI. I use it for drifting/track, it get a lot of revs and abuse, but unfortunately it does not have a cut out. This way I am afraid to destrot another engine through over revving. A cut out would make it much better.

I do not want to fit an EFI twincam as this means rewiring to plus changing fuel tank wo one with a pump etc.

I was told that there is a spring you can get that goes into the distributor cap that gives the engine a cut out. I want to know is there such a thing and where can I get one?

Any help would be much appreciated.
