Help !!
I have a 07 Focus 1.8 tdci sport s, and I am getting clunking noise from the rear offside of the car when I go over small bumps. If I put the handbrake on slightly, or brake, the noise goes away. The noisesounds like something banging onto something else. I have taken the rear brake ( disks) apart, and nothing is loose.
Anyone with any ideas please
Nick

Hi nick0460

Have you checked the handbrake cable it might be loose in it mount near back wheel or it could be the shit sheild aliminuim plating that has come loose.

Also have you taken wheel of then jack hub back up to normal position to see if owts catching.

Kind Regards

Alan
