can anyone {Bad Word: Moderated}ist me with a problem with my car which started last weekend. i got in the car one morning and everything was fine for a mile or so until i came to a roundabout. when i came to accelerate away, there was no power and it was "chugging" and the heater plug light was flashing. i stopped about 200 metres up the road after struggling to get round the roundabout and find somewhere safe to stop. i tried revving the car and a lot of smoke came out of the exhaust and it sounded like the engine was "missing". then as quickly as this problem started, it went! the car revved ok, all power was back and the flashing light on the dash went out. the car has been fine all week but i have just nipped out and the same problem has started again,

can anybody help me please?
