hi all need to change fuel pump on mk1 focus i believe i need to take tank off as no access from inside car under back seat unlike other models can i make access panel by cutting a square out of metal and replacing afterwards would this be enough to access it or is there cables ,plugs in other areas that would need to be accessed anyway full tank of petrol as went 1 day after i filled up typical of my life many thx for answers

well all done damn site easier and damn quicker panel put on for next time all done in 45 mins and no problem with panel
