 Post subject: ENGINE RUNS COLD

Hi i own a mondeo estate 1.8 LX (Y) 2001 petrol

the temp gauge did not move of cold when on a run but when idleing temp gauge moved up as normal what could be causing this problem and is it an easy fix, thanx, tony.

I have the same problem. cold while on the move(only winter time) when idle the gauge moves to the middle ????

Hi i have put a peice of cardboard infront of the radiator until i can get it to a garage and it helps to get the temp up
