Hi all my first post here

on my tdci mondeo the engine light stays on and if you put your foot down so the engine revs high the car starts jerking an the coil light starts flashing and the car looses power

any ideas guys

done this the other week but has been fine for about a week until tonight when i put my foot down and the problem has started again

You need to get the fault codes checked.

from what i have read its the injectors

so the car is going as i have had enough of it
