Hi,

I bought a Ka the other day (year 2000 Ford Ka 2) and when I was test driving it I noticed that there was some mist in the drivers side headlight. I didnt think it was a big problem and bought the car anyway.

Yesterday, it was hot so I opened the waterproof cover at the back of the headlight and let the water vapour disappear. By this morning it was all gone and I re-attached the cover and drove off. However, coming back home an hour or so later, I noticed that it had begun to mist up again.

Does anyone have any ideas as to whats going on. Will I need to take the whole headlight out? I've heard thats quite a big job for a car-novice like myself, involving taking off the wheel and front bumper.
