Need some help and advice please. Wife has just had a "P" Reg KA and there are 1 or 2 minor things wrong. But what is getting me the p{Bad Word: Moderated}enger door lock. I will try and explain. If I lock the p{Bad Word: Moderated}enger door with the key and not touch the door handle it will be able to unlock and open the door, but if i locked the door with a key and then lifted the handle to check that it was locked it wont open and i would have to open it from inside.

Any ideas of what the problem is? Advice please if you can understand what i was explaining.
