Ok let me tell you what I have changed so far.

Throttle control sensor, idle vale and sparkplugs. It isnt leaking oil or water and is a 1.3i on a r reg.

Basically the problem I have is in 3rd or 4th gear when the accelorator is pressed it feels like it wants to go backwards before kicking in and shooting forwards.....it is a real pain in the butt.

Any help would be appreciated.

tbh mate i would suggest asking around on other forums, this one is very quiet

from experience i would suggest that it might be the throttle cable or a knock sensor going by your description but i cant really work it out
