My Gf owns a 2002 Ka and where the wiper fastens in the boot it has gone rusty (common problem from what i can see ).

Does anyone know if you can buy a plate to repair that area, i know you can get one for fuel cap.

sjdas, Just bought an 03 Ka basic and notice a bit of rust around the fuel cap, I guess it's quite common by looking at other Ka's. Can you explain the plate remedy and the possible solution. I also noticed the rubber gasket around the fuel filler pipe has a hole through to the inside, (I can see the road through it), this would allow rain etc. to come up into the filler area resulting in the filler pie also starting to rust. I have blocked this with grease in the meantime.
