Around Christmas time i had to replace the dip headlight bulbs in my 2002 Ka,A few weeks in to January and i noticed damp in the head light so i looked under the bonnet and noticed the black plastic square cover behind the headlight that holds on with a bent metal clip had not clipped back how it should have, and consequently the plastic square had fallen forward and let in the condensation since then i have had it off again refitted it no gaps now but the offside headlight keeps on condensing up .the only way out i can see is to lift the bonnet and drill a small hole in the side of the headlight just where you can see the join half way down......Any ideas.....

my mate told me to take the back off the lights and then take the bulbs out and use a hair drier to warm the air up and dry out the headlight (without on full melting it) then put the bulbs back in. should help mate.
