Hi

Ive got a MY55 2.0 TDCI Focus which ive had for 5 months and so far has been great,
but a few times now if i happen to stall it  when i restart i get no throttle response and a real lumpy tickover for a few minutes which clears and its fine again.
It seems to happen more so when the engine is cold, I dont normally make a habit of stalling any car i drive but this is a pain.

Try removing the fuel cap immediately after you stall
then restart the engine any difference?

Hey got that one too. It was when the cold weather set in, same old problem, fitted new battery under 90 percent warranty. Still vehicle struggles to turn over to start. Several no throttle responses, I’ve had to change the valve in the exhaust manifold. I had it checked at Auto Parts Los Angeles (Im at carson by the way) which is just in the vicinity, though they are not really a mechanic type of shop. Now, its starting to live again. Have your car checked at a mechanic to make everything at ease.
