 Post subject: Windscreen seal

Hi.
During the cold weather water got under the seal on my windscreen froze and lifted the seal. at first i just pushed it back in to place. however now it pops back up. can this be fixed? the seal be replaced or will the whole window need to be replaced? I dont want it to cost me a small fortune.

any suggestions?
please help
