Can anyone tell me what this pipe is in the photo below?
Got home the other day and my focus was dripping onto the car park - never noticed this before though it only seems to be water coming out? is it a drain pipe or overflow for something?

is it diesel engine? could possibly be a leak off pipe. but without knowing what the other end is attached to hard to tell and leak off pipes or usually smaller in diameter. cant tell from pic whether theres a clip on open end.

yes its a 1.8 TDCi
there is no clip on the end of the pipe - it just comes out from the body. only about 4inches is protruding from the body itself?

if its only water then its the overflow from the air-con
