 Post subject: new turbo less power????

i have just had a new turbo (recon) fitted to my 03' 1.8 TDCI focus and it dosn't seem to have as much poke any ideas????

is it set up correctly running the correct psi through turbo? check turbo pipes for air leaks ill fitted pipes. can take a while for a new turbo to bed in properly too.
