Can anybody please help i have a focus zetech with a 6000cd audio device...after messing around i have finally been able to debond the old users on the system but now when i press the green phone button it says no phone and wont let me do anything else at least before i could go into the menus or hit the red phone button to come out of it all now nothing bluetooth is on but when i scan my phone again nothing happens am i doing something wrong any ideas !!!!

I just test drove a Focus Zetec with bluetooth and voice control. I had same problem at first and you are right you do need to turn on Bluetooth on the radio.

Trouble is I can't recall exactly how I did it. I didn't get it from the manual I just played with the menu functions until I found it.

I think it was something like selecting menu then going through the advanced sub-menu.

Sorry not sure, are you searching for bluetooth devices from your phone. I scanned from my phone, my phone found Ford Device, and the stereo gave me a code to enter into my phone.

Also, is your phone an older phone as I'm not sure if there are different bluetooth versions.
