I was driving on the motorway today at about 70mph and then hit traffic so had to slow down. When I put the car into first gear to move again, it started juddering and was difficult to put in first and second gear.

When I started moving again, I noticed that it was difficult to change into every gear (including reverse), but only judders when the car is moving at a slow speed. There doesn't seem to be any problem with the clutch pedal. Any ideas? This is the first time it's ever happened.
