iv had my fiesta mk4 for about 8 months i am lookin at doing the puma conversion as i want a bit more power, the other part i was looking at doing was a turbo conversion for the 1700 puma engine i have never seen this conversion done i need to know if it is possiblek,
the way i want to use the turbo is not for big power but for the extra accelerationk, small turbo to spool up fast

get back to me cheers :D

a was goin to do the same thing but with the 1.6 turbo rs engine. the only thing about puttin a turbo onto a N/A engine is that you would probably need to run a low boost on it due to the fact its been built to run without a turbo. if you run the boost to high you then have the risk of blowin head gaskets and sometimes piston rings (only in serious cases) but the 1.7 conversion is awesome and fast ma m8 has the 1.7 150bhp and trust me you dont need a turbo. woooooooooo
