Post subject: 55 reg Fiesta tdci

Hi i have a 55 plate fiesta tdci ,have just replaced the engine and it wont start,had it on diagnostic machine which tells us its crank shaft sensor and cam shaft sensor, both have been replaced but its still not working.Any one got any advice

Have you bled the fuel system?

Check that there is fuel reaching the fuel filter: disconnect a pipe slowly and check for fuel leak. If fuel present give system a good priming with the hand pump. Unusual for modern diesels not to start! Good luck
