Have just bought my first ford and it turns out to have a little more work required on it than expected.

Amongst some of the work I am going to have to cover along with minor mechanical will be the body work and in particualar fitting a replacement petrol tank.

wondering if anyone has any advice and recommendation on a good source for the tank.

Haven't ordered parts for cars on the web before and was wondering if it's something worth doing or if I should stick to ordering it from my local cars parts outlet.

Found a cheap supplier and have ordered. Will let you know how I get on. The part was 45 quid so had my doubts but will wait and see.
